Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 10 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 236,630 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 364.49 pence per such ordinary share.
