Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 16 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 241,607 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 362.49 pence per such ordinary share.
