Share Repurchase Programme - Transaction In Own Shares
Further to Kingfisher plc's ("Kingfisher") announcement of 11 April 2016, Kingfisher hereby announces that on 14 June 2016 it purchased for cancellation 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Goldman Sachs International, who have been engaged by the Company to manage part of Kingfisher's capital return programme. The price paid was 350.46pence per such ordinary share.
