Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 26 February 2015 it purchased
for cancellation 86,774 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher
from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was
351.66 pence per such ordinary share.
