Transaction in own shares
08 July 2022: Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company", "Kingfisher")
announces that on 07 July 2022 it purchased for cancellation the following
number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from Goldman Sachs
International ("GSI") as part of its £300 million share repurchase programme
announced on 23 May 2022 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from GSI
as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock
Exchange.

To date, Kingfisher has purchased 30,199,890 ordinary shares in aggregate for
