Transaction in own shares
19 July 2022: Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company", "Kingfisher")
announces that on 18 July 2022 it purchased for cancellation the following
number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from Goldman Sachs
International ("GSI") as part of its £300 million share repurchase programme
announced on 23 May 2022 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from GSI
as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock
Exchange.

Volume Weighted Average price paid per share: 2.5449
Highest price paid per share: 2.5460
Lowest price paid per share: 2.5440
To date, Kingfisher has purchased 30,583,304 ordinary shares in aggregate for
cancellation from GSI in connection with the first tranche of the Programme.
