 Transaction in own shares

 22 July 2022: Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company", "Kingfisher")
 announces that on 21 July 2022 it purchased for cancellation the following
 number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from Goldman Sachs
 International ("GSI") as part of its £300 million share repurchase programme
 announced on 23 May 2022 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from GSI
 as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock
 Exchange.

 Volume Weighted Average price paid per share:  2.6300
 Highest price paid per share:                  2.6300
 Lowest price paid per share:                   2.6300

 To date, Kingfisher has purchased 30,583,514 ordinary shares in aggregate for
 cancellation from GSI in connection with the first tranche of the Programme.
