Transaction in own shares

 

6 February 2023: Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company",
"Kingfisher") announces that on 3 February 2023 it purchased for cancellation
the following number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from BNP Paribas
Exane, Intermediary Code: 969500UP76J52A9OXU27 ("BNP Paribas Exane") as part
of its £300 million capital return programme announced on 23 May 2022 (the
"Programme"). All shares were purchased by Kingfisher from BNP Paribas Exane
as an "on-exchange" transaction in accordance with the rules of the London
Stock Exchange.

 Total number of shares purchased:              38,800
 Volume Weighted Average price paid per share:  GBp 286.3700
 Highest price paid per share:                  GBp 288.9000
 Lowest price paid per share:                   GBp 283.7000

 

To date, Kingfisher has purchased 18,293,350 ordinary shares in aggregate for
cancellation from BNP Paribas Exane in connection with the third tranche of
the Programme. Kingfisher also previously purchased 30,583,514 ordinary shares
in aggregate for cancellation from Goldman Sachs International and 31,306,331
ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from Credit Suisse International
in connection with its execution of the first and second tranches,
respectively, of the Programme.
