** Top pct gainer on Hang Seng TECH Index .HSTECH, which is down 2.2%

** Chinese software and IT services group's 2025 profit attributable rises 29% y/y; revenue falls 6% y/y

** Jefferies ("buy") says co's Q4 revenue, non-GAAP EBITDA ahead of forecasts

** Raises PT to HK$19 from HK$17 on stronger-than-expected outlook
