HK's Kingsoft hits 5-week high, eyes collaboration with JD.Com

** Shares of online game developer Kingsoft Corp Ltd
 3888.HK  rise as much as 2.3 pct to HK$13.30, their highest
since Dec. 5 
    ** Kingsoft says it is in contact with JD.Com Inc  JD.O  to

    ** Company says no concrete plan has been formulated and no
legally binding agreement has been entered into regarding the
business collaboration 
    ** Kingsoft has outperformed the Hang Seng Commerce &
Industry Index sector  .HSNC  by 3.9 percentage points in the
past one month
    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index tracking information
technology firms  .HSCIIT  rises 0.8 pct, and the benchmark
index  .HSI  edges up 0.2 pct
