The Annual General Meeting of Kingspan Group plc will be held at 9.00 a.m. on
Friday, 28 April 2023 at IKON, Dublin Road, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, A82 XY31,
Ireland.

 

The Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been
published and are now available on the Company's website, and may be viewed
and downloaded online at:

Hard copy documents are today being posted to shareholders who have elected to
receive them and are also available from the Company Secretary at the
Company's registered office at Dublin Road, Kingscourt, County Cavan, Ireland.
