Further to our announcement on 2 March 2021 confirming the availability of our Annual Report 2020, we confirm that the Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2021 and the Form of Proxy are now available on the Company's website, and may be viewed and downloaded online at:

Hard copy documents are today being posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them and are also available from the Company Secretary at the Company's registered office at Dublin Road, Kingscourt, County Cavan.
Copies of the above documents will be submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange (trading as Euronext Dublin) and the UK National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection.
