Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the international, fully integrated wealth and investment management group, has been notified that on 13 March 2025 HSQ Investment Limited ("HSQ") has acquired 144,125,262 Kingswood Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, HSQ is interested in 613,388,553 Kingswood Ordinary Shares representing approximately 89.39% of the Company's issued share capital.

The FCA notification in respect of the HSQ acquisition, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, is appended below.
