Australia's Kingwest Resources eyes best day in 5 months on gold find

** Shares of Kingwest Resources  KWR.AX  rise as much as 29%
to A$0.04, on track to post best day since July 11, if gains
hold
    ** Stock hits highest level since Nov. 14
    ** The gold miner posts high grade results from drilling at
the Menzies gold project in Western Australia
    ** The results will be used to further define the areas of
high grade gold mineralisation and will support economic studies

    ** More than 3 mln shares have changed hands, compared with
the 30-day average of about 260,000 shares 
    ** Stock down ~84.1% so far this year, as of last close
