Brief: Nihon Yamamura Glass plans lens cap JV in Taiwan with partner Kinik

Dec 25 (Reuters) - Nihon Yamamura Glass Co Ltd  5210.T  : 
       
    * Says it is in deal to set up a joint venture in Taiwan in 
April 
2018, which will be mainly engaged in manufacture and sale of 
lens cap for optical communications market, jointly with a 
Taiwan firm Kinik Co  1560.TW   
    * Says the company and Kinik will own a 70 percent stake and 
a 30 
percent stake in JV, respectively
