** Shares of drug developer  KNSA.O  down ~14% at $10.77
premarket, set to open at their lowest in nearly two months 
    ** Late-stage study of co's drug candidate, Mavrilimumab,
for treating COVID-19-related acute respiratory syndrome, did

    ** The global study on 582 patients did not meet the main
efficacy goal of proportion of patients alive and free of
mechanical ventilation at Day 29 - KNSA
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock fell 29.32% YTD
