** Shares of drug developer Kinnate Biopharma  KNTE.O  rise
45.6% to $2.28
    ** Co says it received a letter from investors "Foresite"
and "OrbiMed", indicating their intent to explore and evaluate a
potential acquisition of the company
    ** Says the investors would acquire all outstanding shares
of KNTE not already owned by them in a go-private deal
    ** Including session's move, stock down ~63% YTD
