197.35 rupees, highest since June 22
** Iron ore pellet producer says operations of co's pellet
plant unit at Mangalore have restarted
** KIOC on track to rise for second straight session, if
gains hold
** Over 124,000 shares change hands by 11:28 a.m. IST, 3.9x
the 30-day moving avg
** As of last close, stock down ~18% so far this year
