** Iron ore pellet producer says its pellet plant in
Mangalore has restarted operations
** KIOC in May temporarily shut down the plant to carry out
preventive maintenance
** About 48,836 shares change hands by 11:14 a.m. IST, 1.7x

** If trends hold, stock on track to advance for third
consecutive session
** Stock down ~15% YTD, as of last close
