** State-owned iron ore miner's Q3 rev slumps over
two-thirds to 1.81 billion rupees ($20.83 million), reports loss
of 472.2 million rupees
** KIOC was down 2.3% before results
** Stock down 31% so far this year after ~9% climb in 2024
