March 10 (Reuters) - Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd  KRFI.BO : 
 * Says declared an interim dividend of inr. 1.25 per equity share of inr 5 each 
 
 * Source text: Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share of Rs. 5 each (i.e. 25 percent) for the financial year 2015-2016. 
 
The Interim Dividend will be paid on March 29, 2016 to the eligible Members through various modes of payment such as electronic clearing services, direct credit, RTGS, NEFT, demand drafts and dividend warrants, as the case may be.
