Notice of Annual General Meeting

The board of directors of Kistos Holdings plc (AIM: KIST) announces that the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 19 July 2024 at
11.00 a.m. as a virtual meeting.

A notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy, has been sent to the
shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders"). The notice of AGM will also be
shortly available for inspection on the Kistos website, https://kistosplc.com/
(https://kistosplc.com/) .

All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted on a poll, which
means that Shareholders should submit their forms of proxy as soon as
possible. To be valid, the enclosed form of proxy must be lodged with the
Company's registrar LINK Group, PXS1, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street,
Leeds LS1 4DL, United Kingdom, as soon as possible, and, in any event, so as
to arrive by no later than 11.00 a.m. on 17 July 2024.
