Director/PDMR Shareholding

Kitwave Group plc (AIM: KITW), the delivered wholesale business, has been
notified that Olga Young, a PCA of Chris Young who is a PDMR of the Company,
purchased a total of 77,519 Ordinary Shares on 7 March 2025. The purchase
price was £2.58.

Following the purchase the number of shares owned by Mr and Mrs Young is
2,383,533, which represents 2.85 per cent of the current issued share capital.
