Cygnet Energy to acquire Kiwetinohk Energy in C$1.4 billion deal

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Privately held Cygnet Energy said on Tuesday it will acquire Kiwetinohk Energy KEC.TO in a deal valued at C$1.4 billion ($998.29 million), including debt.
