** Shares of Kiwi Property Group  KPG.NZ  rise as much as
3.9% to NZ$1.055, best session since March 18 if gains hold
    ** The real estate firm declares https://www.nzx.com/announcements/392451
 FY22 cash dividend of 5.60 NZ cents per share
    ** Co reports FY net profit after tax of NZ$224.3 mln 
($143.89 mln), up 14.1% from the same period last year
    ** Stock hits highest level since May 5
    ** As of last close, KPG stock down ~15.1% this year
