NZ's Kiwi Property Group rises on FY profit, dividend

** Shares of real estate firm Kiwi Property Group Ltd
 KPG.NZ  gain as much as 2.5% to NZ$1.23
    ** Co says it posted a net profit after tax of NZ$196.5 mln
($140.79 mln) in FY21 compared with a loss of NZ$186.7 mln in

    ** KPG proposes final dividend of 2.95 NZ cents per share;
co did not pay a final dividend last year
    ** ~4.2 mln shares change hands compared to the 30-day
average volume of about 1.4 mln shares
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since March 25
    ** KPG down 1.6% this year, as of last close
