** Shares in Visiomed ALVMG.PA jump around 13% in a
trading resumption, after the medical equipment maker on Monday
issued a detailed response to subsidiary BewellConnect's
allegations of malpractice
** On Friday, Visiomed announced a trading suspension after
subsidiary BewellConnect alleged "mafia practices", "the
influence of foreign states on the Autorité des marchés
financiers," France's stock market regulator, and "cases of
outside interference,"
** Visiomed said on Monday the allegations were "deceitful,"
adding it would "take the necessary legal measures against the
persons who have published and relayed these false statements,"
** BewellConnect is 100% owned by Bewellthy, in which
Visiomed holds a minority stake
** Shares head for their best day in nearly a year
