morning from Europe's top-ranked* analysts:
    
    ** Barclays raises French shopping centre operator Klepierre
 LOIM.PA  to "overweight" from "underweight" as it sees the
sector as a relatively resilient asset class despite a difficult
consumer environment
    ** HSBC sees material additional surplus capital potential
for Persimmon  PSN.L  and upgrades the British realtor to
"overweight" from "underweight" 
  
    INITIATIONS AND REINSTATEMENTS
    ** J.P.Morgan initiates the Ray-Ban maker EssilorLuxottica
 ESLX.PA  with "overweight", saying the French company is well
positioned to continue to grow ahead of the sector and seeing
the current trading levels as attractive
