Completion of the Acquisition of Langleys Solicitors LLP

 

Knights is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of Langleys Solicitors LLP
("Langleys") has now completed, in line with the timeframe set out in the
acquisition announcement of 31 January 2022.

Following the Group's recent share price movements, Knights has adjusted the
terms of the acquisition of Langleys. The £2.75m that would have been issued
in new ordinary shares in Knights, (the "Consideration Shares"), will instead
be paid in cash in three equal instalments on 2(nd) January 2023, 2(nd)
January 2024 and 2(nd) January 2025.
