Acquisition of Mundays LLP 
Knights, the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services business1, is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of Mundays LLP ("Mundays") has now completed, in line with the timeframe announced in the acquisition announcement of 22 March 2021. Accordingly a total of 289,908 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each have been issued to the vendors of Mundays LLP to satisfy the share-based consideration on the acquisition.
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of these 289,908 shares which is expected to occur on 20 April 2021. Following admission, Knights will have 82,606,792 ordinary shares in issue with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 82,606,792. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
