Notice of Half Year Results

Knights, a fast-growing legal and professional services business in the UK,
will announce its half year results for the six months ended 31st October
2022, on Monday 16th January 2023 at 7am.

On the same day, David Beech, CEO and Kate Lewis, CFO, will host a
presentation and Q&A briefing for analysts and institutional investors via
webcast at 9am.

Analysts and investors wishing to join the presentation are asked to register

registered participants ahead of the presentation.
