** Shares of cloud software co Knosys Ltd  KNO.AX  surge as
much as 18.5% to A$0.160, their highest since June 11 
    ** KNO says to buy library management software LIBERO for
A$5 mln ($3.74 mln), comprising A$4 mln in cash and A$1 mln in

    ** Says deal expected to contribute in excess of A$600,000
in co's EBITDA in FY22
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since June 11
