    ** Co, through unit, enters long-term agreement with QBE
Insurance (Australia) Limited 
    ** Says QBE will issue home, motor and CTP insurance
products under the Kogan Insurance online brand
    ** Through agreement, Kogan Insurance to offer home and
motor insurance products to customers    
    ** Adds the new relationship with QBE replaces a prior
agreement with another insurance co
    ** QBE Insurance  QBE.AX  also down ~2% following the news
    ** The domestic financial sub-index  .AXFJ  was down ~1% on
