 KOLT.NS  up as much as 3.7% to 284 rupees, their highest since
Feb. 23 
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 23
    ** Co says it launched two residential redevelopment
projects in Mumbai with revenue potential of 4.10 bln rupees
($49.66 million)  
    ** KOLT on track to rise for second straight session, if
gains hold
    ** Over 197,000 shares change hands by 03:00 p.m. IST, 0.9x
the 30-day moving avg
    ** As of last close, stock down 1.8% so far this year,
extending its 7.9% decline in 2022
