** Shares of real estate company Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd
 KOLT.NS  up as much as 8.74% to 314.3 rupees, their highest
since Jan. 23
    ** Co hits sharpest intraday pct gain since May 3, on track
for third consecutive session of gains if trends hold
    ** KOLT reported a more than four-fold increase in its Q4
consolidated net profit; consolidated revenue from operations
more than doubled to 7.97 billion rupees 
    ** About 1.58 million shares change hands as of 1:46 p.m.
IST, vs 3.4x 30-day average  
    ** Stock up 3.7% YTD as of last close
