** Real estate firm posts Q1 net loss 169.9 million rupees  ($1.96 million) vs 62.3 mln rupees profit a year ago, hurt by a 75% revenue slump

** More than 459,000 shares traded, over 1.5x the 30-day avg

** Stock up 15% YTD
