Prague, 4 January 2021 - Komerční banka, a.s., with its registered office at Na Příkopě 33/969, 114 07 Prague 1, registration No. 45317054, entered in the register of companies maintained with the Metropolitan Court of Prague, section B, file No.1360 (hereinafter also Komerční banka or the Bank), announces that
 
The base prospectus dated 4 January 2021 relating to a programme for the issuance of up to EUR 5,000,000,000 mortgage covered bonds of Komerční banka ("Base Prospectus") has been approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF") in Luxembourg and is available for viewing on Komerční banka's website at https://www.kb.cz/en/about-the-bank/everything-about-kb/obligatory-published-information/information-on-securities in section Bond issues of Komerční banka.
