** Philips PHG.AS down 5%, following initial ~8% drop, after getting a warning letter from the U.S. FDA
** FDA says it found three of Philips' medical device facilities failed to meet required manufacturing standards and the devices were considered "adulterated" under U.S. law
** Philips says it has submitted a response and "As the FDA notes, we have already taken action to address earlier observations"
** Philips, though, does not expect any material commercial impact
** ING's analyst Marc Hessenlink says: "We believe the market is very sensitive to any quality and control issues at Philips given the recent issues with Respironics"
** However, Hessenlink does not expect a material negative impact on Philips, saying this seems a relatively minor issue
