Vopak's AVTL JV files preliminary IPO prospectus with India regulator
Nov 19 (Reuters) - Dutch tank storage company
Koninklijke Vopak VOPA.AS said its its Indian joint venture
AVTL has filed a preliminary prospectus for an initial public
offering with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The joint venture aims to proceed with an IPO, first
announced on Oct. 30.
"The formal approval process with SEBI is expected to take
several months", it said in a statement.
