Feb 24 (Reuters) - Konya Cimento Sanayii AS  KONYA.IS : 
     
    * Said on Monday that its Board decides to divide concrete 
division by performing partial demerger 
    * Says Konya Cimento to establish a new subsidiary and 
transfer all assets and liabilities of concrete division to it 
    * Says it will hold 100 percent of the new subsidiary 
    * Says by demerging concrete division, aims at more flexible
