** Company lowers FY25 net sales forecast to $1.9 bln-$2 bln from its previous target of $2.0 bln-$2.2 bln

** Trims FY25 adj. EPS forecast to $4-$4.6 from prior expectation of $4.75

** Company reports Q2 sales of $504.8 mln, down 10.4% over the year earlier

** Posts Q2 adj. EPS of $1.48, compared with $1.36 a year ago
