Oct 29 (Reuters) - Kopy Goldfields publ AB  KOPY.ST : 
    * Based on 7,766 assay tests from stage 2 drilling, sees new exploration results continue to 
strongly confirm existing geological model 
    * Some new mineralized intervals discovered identify the upside potential 
    * First production is preliminary estimated in the end of 2017 
    * Following the completion of stage 2, the Krasny Project will move into feasibility 
studies, equipment procurement, construction and commissioning 
    * Says Stage 1 and Stage 2 exploration costs for the Krasny project are significantly lower 
than the initially budgeted cost 
    * Says lower costs will leave company with funds in the Joint Venture to proceed with the 
Feasibility Studies immediately after Stage 2
