Kompozit Teknolojiler Mükemmeliyet Merkezi project 
 
    * Gets TRY 36 million investment incentive certificate for 
the project from Ministry of Economy 
    * Plans to complete the project in the first half of 2016 
    * Says the project will be the first growth step in
