PRAGUE, June 25 (Reuters) - A Czech court on Wednesday ruled against French power utility EDF's challenge of a tender to build an $18 billion nuclear power plant in the Czech Republic, news agency CTK reported.
EDF has unsuccessfully battled a Czech decision to hand the project to build two new reactors to South Korea's Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP). The latest decision can be appealed, but narrows EDF's path to potential compensation.
