PRAGUE, June 4 (Reuters) - The Czech Supreme Administrative Court cancelled an injunction that has prevented a state-controlled company and South Korea's KHNP from signing an $18 billion-dollar project to build two new nuclear power reactors, the court said on Wednesday.
France's EDF had challenged the tender and won the injunction last month, holding up concluding the contract. However, the state-controlled company building the plant and KHNP had appealed that ruling.
