South Korea's KHNP appeals Czech court injunction halting nuclear plant contract, Yonhap says
SEOUL, May 21 (Reuters) - South Korea's Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) has filed an appeal with the Czech Republic's highest court against an injunction halting a deal with the Czech power utility CEZ to build nuclear reactors, Yonhap news agency reported on Wednesday. CEZ Chief Executive Daniel Benes has said it would appeal the injunction preventing it from signing the $18 billion deal to build two nuclear reactors.
