* Says it decided to sell part of container business to
Korea Line Corp 005880.KS for 37 billion won, to ensure
sustained development of Korean maritime industry
* Says the business to be transferred includes Pacific route
shipping and related business and operational customer
management information and 7 countries(e.g. U.S., China,
Vietnam)located subsidiaries as well as logistics operation
system and so on
* Expected transaction settlement date is Jan. 5, 2017
