** Senegal announces plans to nationalize the Yakaar-Teranga gas project

** KOS holds a 90% stake in the project, which is under a license set to expire in July 2026, with state-owned Petrosen owning the remaining 10%

** The move is aimed at redirecting gas production for domestic needs rather than exports

** Including session's moves, KOS down ~70% YTD
