Koss Corp surges on report of deal with Apple on patent infringement case

** Shares of Koss Corp  KOSS.O  jumps nearly 40% to 10.94 in
brisk trading volume 
    ** The headphones maker reached a deal with Apple Inc
 AAPL.O  over a patent-infringement trial over its AirPods, a
day before the trial, Bloomberg Law reports (https://bit.ly/3vdAe0P)
    ** The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, report
said
    ** Apple and Koss wrote in a joint stipulation filed with
the court that they "have resolved all matters in controversy
between them." - report
    ** KOSS has 6.4% of its free float in short position
    ** AAPL shares down 0.3%
    ** Popular among retail traders a year ago, KOSS was on
track to erase its YTD losses on Monday
