** KP Group signs memorandum of understanding with Republic of Botswana for development of large-scale renewable energy generation, energy storage and transmission infrastructure

** Renewable energy and infrastructure projects would require capital investment of around $4 bln

** KP Group comprises KPI Green Energy, KP Energy KPEN.NS, and KP Green Engineering

** YTD, KPIG down ~21%
